Introduction
Prof. Stephen Cheuk-Fai Chow received his Ph.D. from the City University of Hong Kong in 2005. After graduation, he obtained a Croucher Foundation Fellowship and did his post-doctoral fellowship with Nobel laureate Jean Marie Lehn at the University of Strasbourg, France (2005-2007). He is now an Associate Editor (Supramolecular chemistry) of Frontiers in Chemistry (IF 5.22). He was listed as the world's top 2% scientist (Stanford University, 2020, under Organic Chemistry Field).
