Introduction
Chang Lee Wei (Chris) is currently a Senior Research Officer at the Universiti Malaya Centre for Civilisational Dialogue (UMCCD). His works are now much related and involved with administrative and management duties, as well as research and publishing works related to the articulation of values that may be the basis of a common platform for the solving of issues and problems universally encountered across and within cultures and civilisations.
