In this last decade the world suffers from various environmental problems, and several natural disasters, including: air pollution, abnormal climate change, earthquakes, etc. At this stage, in the different atmospheric layers precisely the troposphere, it is recommended to supervise the climatic and atmospheric data such as: the temperature, the humidity, the speed of wind, the concentration of gazes, etc. The technique of remote sensing is heavily used in our research to acquire satellite data in real time, we have several sources of data, the MDEO (Mediterranean Dialogue Earth Observatory) ground station installed at the FSTT Tangier is one of the main sources. However, these acquired satellite data are very large, varied and with a high velocity, consequently, we are working with Big Data which requires the development of a new platform Big data and cloud based on an innovative architecture that makes the treatment more efficient of RS data. In addition, we are looking forward to apply an artificial intelligence algorithm to increase data accuracy and finally create a real-time monitoring platform of Morocco.
