Introduction
Currently a Full Professor of Exercise Science and Assistant Dean for Research and Innovation in the College of Science, Technology, and Health at Lindenwood University and serves as the Director of the Exercise and Performance Nutrition Laboratory and President of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. His research interests primarily span areas related to exercise and nutrition intervention and their impact of health, performance, and recovery.
