Introduction
My research explores the effects of stress and glucocorticoids on cognition, as well as the impact of loneliness and social isolation on cognitive decline in aging. I also investigate empathy, analyzing its neural and psychological foundations. Overall, my work examines how stress and social factors influence cognition and emotional processes.
