Introduction
I am a Biomechanics specialist with a keen focus on enhancing athletic performance. My expertise lies particularly in Athletic Performance, Strength, and Power. My passion for Taekwondo and interest in Movement and Training Sciences have driven me to conduct extensive research in this field. Over the years, I have been dedicated to optimizing athletes' performance through scientifically-driven analyses. I welcome anyone interested in reaching out and exploring potential collaborations.
