Introduction
Celeste Jiménez de Madariaga, PhD, is Social Anthropology Professor at the University of Huelva (Spain). Her areas of interest and publications include the intangible cultural heritage, development of heritage processes, the transformation of political and economic institucionalization, tourism and social development, and cultural fishing heritage. She's coordinate the Culture and Heritage Observatory Research Group since 2010.
