We present a measurement of the radiative decay $\eta\to\pi^0\gamma\gamma$ using 82 million $\eta$ mesons produced in $e^+e^-\to\phi\to\eta\gamma$ process at the Frascati $\phi$-factory DA$\Phi$NE.
