We aim to explore sleep habits and quality in preschoolars, based on objective and subjective measures. Also, we want to analyze associations between attachment representations and sleep parameters. We will explore the impact that attachment and sleep have in the adaptive development of the child, specifically in what concerns emotional regulation as well.
