Question
I'm trying to make an inhibition assay for a library using MTT against Leishmania promastigotes. Every plate I read has a different growth rate even though I seeded the same concentration on controls. My Ic50 values are the same besides this problem, should I try to fix it, or Leishmania has that much of inconsistency of MTT.
