Introduction
I am a veterinary public health consultant and microbiologist specialising in food safety, zoonotic infectious diseases, and research. I am currently a food safety consultant for Export Barbados. I was previously a lecturer at the UWI, where I directed the daily operations of the Leptospira Reference Laboratory. The focus of my work has been on Leptospirosis, Dengue Fever, Salmonella, E. coli O157, and Campylobacter. I am based in Kuala Lumpur.
