Hi everyone,
I am working now on the determination of BDNF from serum samples using BDNF Emax ® ImmunoAssay System (Promega). Unfortunately, on my first atempt I have obtained a very low levels of absorbance (and a poor reproducibility). I have checked all the reactives and I am pretty sure that all concentrations used have been correct so... does anyone think that the plate could be so determinant? I have used the same plate for this assay than I normaly use for cell culture (no coating).
