Introduction
I am an architect and assistant professor at the American University of Beirut, Department of Architecture and Design. Prior to joining AUB as full time faculty, I practiced architecture in several renowned offices in Beirut and New York. My research and work as both an academic and an architect focus on the relationship of architecture and the extended environment, through themes of hybridity, infrastructure, ecology, and materiality.
