Introduction
I author, develop and validate psychometric assessments and frameworks related to MMP work performance, EI, leadership, organizational climate, wellness, risk for controlled substance abuse, and social auditing of organizational EDI practices. I consult for organizations to develop strong leadership, achieve top performance, and attract and retain the best talent.
