Introduction
Bulent Tarman is a researcher, scholar and publisher in educational sciences. He has a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction (social studies education), as well as a minor in Comparative and International Education, from the Pennsylvania State University. His research interests include social studies education, teacher education, citizenship and human rights education, curriculum development, educational technologies and multiculturalism in education. He has published numerous research papers.
