Recognizing the speaker’s emotional state from speech signals plays a very crucial role in human-computer interaction (HCI). Nowadays, numerous linguistic resources are available, but most of them contain samples of a discrete length. In this article, we address the leading challenge in Speech Emotion Recognition (SER), which is how to extract the...

The Odia language is an old Eastern Indo-Aryan language, spoken by 46.8 million people across India. We have designed an ensemble classifier using Deep Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network for Speech Emotion Recognition (SER). This study presents a new approach for SER tasks motivated by recent research on speech emotion recognition. Initially, w...

We report a numerical simulation based design and optimization of single-junction gallium antimonide (GaSb) solar cell using the two-dimensional device simulator (SILVACO-ATLAS) under AM1.5G spectrum. We considered the gallium antimonide (GaSb) material as the absorber layer because of its low band gap and silicon (Si) as the substrate layer. Previ...

We report the design and optimization of a n-GaSb/p-GaSb single-junction solar cell using the computer device simulator software (SILVACO ATLAS). The main objective of this paper is to optimize a single junction solar cell for maximum efficiency because of its low fabrication cost. We optimized the cell parameters such as thickness and doping conce...
