Question (1)
One of the things mentioned is the price of an article - $30 +
Since my Institute doesn't have access to any relevant services which provide academic papers it is often quite a challenge to get my hand on recent/relevant work.
So my additional questions are: do you have the same problem - especially researchers from “small” countries?
How do you cope with this problem and is it even possible to do it legally if you are an independent researcher or you work in an institution without a budget for subscription(s)?
