Introduction
I am an Associate Professor at the Marine Biology Lab at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) since October 2012. I am the former leader of two projects offering free and open access to raw data on Antarctic biodiversity (www.biodiversity.aq). My current research focuses on polar biodiversity, biogeography, ecophysiology, and biodiversity informatics. I strive at blending these approaches to inspire new approaches in marine conservation.
