Introduction
My primary research interest focuses on applied strategies to optimize body composition (muscle hypertrophy and fat loss) . In particular, our lab endeavors to study the manipulation of resistance training variables and their effects on muscular adaptations. I also have a strong interest in sports nutrition and its relevance to muscle growth and performance.
