Bonnie Duran Dr.PH is an associate professor at the University of Washington and one of the Directors of IWRI (www.iwri.org). She is currently the Principal Investigator of 4 NIH funded research projects in “Indian Country”.
The overall aims of her research are to work with communities to design public health treatment and prevention efforts that are empowering, culture-centered, accessible and sustainable and that have maximum public health impact. Bonnie teaches CBPR and theory courses.
