Introduction
Our research addresses in a systematic way unanswered questions about the impact of genetic, environmental and modifiable lifetime factors on brain health in a large-scale longitudinal cohort (n≈1500, age-range: 25-90 years old) drawn from the general population (CoLaus|PsyCoLaus cohort). The main focus here is on cognitive and mental health outcomes using functional and quantitative magnetic resonance imaging of the brain.
