Introduction
Dr. Bismark Owusu-Sekyere Adu holds a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Cape Coast, an MSc in International Accounting and Finance (Bucks New University, UK), a Master of Philosophy in Leadership and Development (KNUST), and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (PU Ghana). Dr. Owusu-Sekyere has enormous experience in the provision of Business, Tax and Financial advisory services to clients in the public and private sectors. He is the Head of the Leadership and Governance at PU.
