Dr. Bishnu Prasad Mohapatra has completed PhD in Development Studies (with specialisation in Political Science) from Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), a leading social science research institution (An ICSSR Research Institute) located at Hyderabad in India. He has also obtained M.Phil in Political Science and MA in Political Science from Berhampur University, Odisha, have 18 years (6 years Post Ph.D. and 12 years Pre-Ph.D) of Experience in Teaching, Research.
