bilig, Ahmet Yesevi Üniversitesi bünyesinde 1996 Şubatında bir bilim-kültür dergisi olarak yayımlanmaya başlanmıştır. Dili, Türkiye Türkçesi ve İngilizcedir. Yazıların Türkçe, İngilizce ve Rusça özetleri verilmektedir. Kış/Ocak, Bahar/Nisan, Yaz/Temmuz ve Güz/Ekim olmak üzere yılda dört sayı yayımlanmaktadır.
