Prof. Bhasker Bhatt, an urban planner and civil engineer is pursuing his PhD in Civil Engineering. The topic intervenes the local climate and urbanization. He has experience of working with organizations of UNDP-India, The World Bank, Central Government of India, State Government of Gujarat - on several diversified projects pertaining to urban planning.
