Introduction
Betül Bulut Şahin holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Planning with a specialization in internationalization in higher education institutions. Her research interests are educational theories of internationalization, mobility programs, administration, and strategic planning in higher education in terms of internationalization. She is a lecturer at METU in the educational sciences department.
