Introduction
Bestoon Abdulmaged Othman is currently a lecture at University of Raparin. He has completed his PhD from the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia in 2019.He received the Master degree in Management Technology from the University Technology Malaysia, Malaysia. In 2009, he joined the Department of Business Administration, Koya Technical Institute , as Assistant Lecturer. His research interests are Marketing Management, Business, Human Resource Management.
