Introduction
My current research interests include the effects of positive psychological resources on undergraduates' academic, social and mental life. Specifically, I study on how non-cognitive factors like psychological capital (its components), cognitive flexibility, trait emotional intelligence, academic confidence, coping skills, emotion regulation strategies etc. affect youth's psychological health, which in turn shapes their academic success.
