Introduction
Benedict Dellaert is professor of Marketing at the Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He is a fellow of the ERIM and Tinbergen research schools and of Netspar. His research and education focuses on consumer decision-making and consumer-firm interactions with a particular interest in choice architecture, consumer financial services, and the sharing economy. His publications have appeared in leading academic journals in marketing and related fields.
