Introduction
A Lecturer in the Department of Project Management Technology, Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria. Obtained my B.Tech;, M.Sc;, PhD in Project Management Technology, from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. Has interest in Construction Project Management, Computer Based Project Management, Construction Supply Chain Management, Procurement and PPPs, IT application on Construction Projects. He is a Member (Probationer) of the NIQS and a Chartered Project Manager with CIPMN.
