Hello,
I'm currently working on 3D single cell PEMFC with add on PEMFC module in ANSYS 15. The simulation are not converging and error occured where divergence were detected in amg solver. Moreover, the value of I-cathode generated on 1st iteration are showing very high value. Why would this occur? Hope that I could get some guidance. Thank you. 
P.S:I have refine the model and mesh generation. currently the model have uniform mesh.

Good day, Having some problem with meshing a model for fuel cell. My model was all in square shape and i have insert edge sizing for all edges. I wish to generate hexahedral mesh for the model. However, the generated mesh was unstructured mesh on the current collector and gdl layer. Mapped face meshing was not use for generation of this mesh due to error. Attach is the picture of unstructured mesh that was generated. Can anyone give me some suggestion to solve this mesh issue. Thanks in advance.
