Introduction
My research revolves around the question of how (geo)political developments change the framework conditions for business activity; how companies can adapt to such developments; and how they can exploit resulting market opportunities.
I'm also interested in how organizations can identify future developments and risks at an early stage, adapt to them and use the insights. I focus on strategic foresight and the organizational, methodological and cultural requirements for its use in organizations.
