Introduction
I work as an Assistant Professor at the University of Amsterdam. In my research I investigate the dynamics of lifelong learning. I mainly examine how formal and informal learning can be fostered within organisations and training institutions. In doing so, I have a specific focus on motivation to learn and motivation to apply training content in practice.
