Introduction
With research interests spanning two-sided matching, engineering design, and revenue management, Basak is focused on developing an unbiased criteria identification method for labour market design and job matching. Additionally, she works on developing a perishable capacity management approach for team design and task matching. Leveraging her expertise in engineering design methodologies, she diligently applies these principles in her research projects.
