Introduction
Since 2014, I have been working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Business Economics of the University of Economics in Bratislava with seat in Košice. My research focuses on the development of sustainable human capital in enterprises, as well as the impact of the external environment and labor market trends on strategic business management.
