Introduction
Barbara Poggio is Vice Rector for Equality and Diversity of the University of Trento. She carried out several studies and research about the social construction of gender, with a special focus on cultural and symbolic dimensions. She coordinated several international projects on gender, work and organizations, and in particular on gender and entrepreneurship, work-life balance, fatherhood, work-precariousness, gender and education, gender and scientific careers.
