Basierend auf den Einflussfaktoren zur Nutzung von Public Cloud CRM (vgl. Kap. 4) muss eine Entscheidung getroffen werden, ob eine CRM in der Public Cloud im Unternehmen eingeführt werden soll.
Public Cloud-Lösungen wie CRM werden für Unternehmen immer wichtiger. Für viele Unternehmen kann dies ein richtiger Weg sein, um die Bereitstellung eines guten CRM-Instrumentariums zu gewährleisten. Die Entscheidung für diese Lösung ist jedoch mit vielen Fragen verbunden, welche im Einzelfall und unter Abwägung vieler Gesichtspunkte geschehen muss.
