Introduction
Dr. B. Joon Kim serves as the Vice President for Globalization and is a Professor of Public Administration at Kookmin University in Seoul, South Korea. Before his tenure at Kookmin University, he was a faculty member in the Department of Public Policy at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne, USA. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Public Affairs from Virginia Tech.
