Introduction
Dr Aytekin Kaan Kurtul is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Huddersfield. He holds a PhD from Middlesex University (2022) with a thesis on criminal defamation of heads of state, and an LLM from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy (2016) where he specialised in international law.
