Dr. Al-Quraishi is a Professor of Remote Sensing & GIS at Tishk International University, Erbil, Iraq. He received his Ph.D. Eng. Degree in Geodetection & IT from China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, in 2004. He published more than 60 papers, chapters, books and participated in more than 30 int. Conferences. He has 42 years of experience in university teaching. Former Visiting Scholar at the Michigan State University. U.S.A. Dr. Al-Quraishi is the Ambassador of IEEE-GRSS in Iraq since 2016
