Introduction
Currently I am a Full Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences (CCTS) at the Federal University of São Carlos, Brazil. My research focus on ecology and conservation of urban birds, and the effects of anthropization, on the loss of species and functional diversity of birds and ecosystem functions they play. I am advisor in Master's and Doctorate in the Postgraduate Programs in my universiy.
