Introduction
I have been involved in brain imaging analysis using amyloid and tau PET and ultra-high field MRI, with a focus on neurodegenerative diseases. At the same time, I have been working to elucidate the pathogenesis of these diseases from multiple perspectives, by investigating the toxic mechanisms of abnormal aggregated proteins (especially oligomers) and searching for substances that inhibit them.
