Introduction
Asim K. Duttaroy is a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Oslo. He studies the roles of fatty acids and other non-nutritive food components on feto-placental growth, development, and cardioprotective function. He has supervised 35 Ph.D./MD students. He is the Editor-In-Chief, Food & Nutrition​ Research (www.foodandnutritionresearch.net). His patented discoveries of anti-thrombotic factors from fruits & vegetables commercialized by companies, Provexis, DSM, IDIA.
