Introduction
Since 1998 I have been designing devices for sorting forest seeds by various attributes. Currently, a very interesting and urgent problem of ensuring the quality of forest reproductive material (FRM) in the forest landscapes restoration (FLR). In the research I use the methods of SWOT analysis, design of experiment (DOE) by laboratory and field.

Since I am grading forest seeds, it is important for me to know the following.
1. Is it possible to determine this by a non-destructive method? After all, in this case, it would be advisable to select dormant seeds before storing them, or perhaps put them into hibernation. 2. Is there a clear gradation in any measurable parameters between dormant or viable seeds, and where is the line between these properties?

I am developing devices for non-destructive sorting of forest seeds, as well as seeding, including aerial seeding.
Some basic values are necessary for the design of air seeding devices.
Please share the following parameters:
1) The weight of the seed (whether the seed is pelletized or not, group seeding or one at a time).
2) The depth of seed embedding in the soil.
3) The distance between adjacent wells for sowing the seed.
4) Elastic-viscous properties of the soil.
5) The minimum and maximum flight altitude of the UAV for aerial seeding.
6) Overall dimensions and weight of the seeding apparatus.
