Introduction
My research primarily focuses on functional foods, bioactive nanoencapsulation, polyphenols, and next-generation plant-based foods. The techniques I am most familiar with are HPLC-PDA, HPLC-RI, and spectrophotometry, although I have done extensive reading on HPLC-MS techniques as well. My next project will focus on developing new encapsulation methods for polyphenols and the production of fortified, plant-based analogs.
