I am looking for a Partner for a joint research project in the real estate market. The main research problem: socio-economic determinants of property rights in the real estate market. The research is to be based on institutional economics. I would like to narrow down the real estate market to the housing market. I would like to expand my research area beyond Poland. For several months I have been working on the issue of aggregate demand leakages. I conduct my research in the context of the theory of dynamics of economic growth and the theory of total demand by M. Kalecki. I decided to open a research project (https://www.researchgate.net/project/Leaks-of-Aggregate-Demand-in-a-Capitalist-Economy).
I would like to invite economists who are interested in this subject to the project. The main research problem is the impact of changes in the value of the fiscal, investment and export multipliers on the dynamics of changes in gross value added in the capitalist economy. I am interested in establishing cooperation with several economists from outside Poland. I would like this project to be international and inter-university.

I am looking for interested scientists from outside Poland who are interested in researching transactions carried out in the company in the context of the new institutional economics. I would like to jointly define the institutional matrix for human activity in the company. Scientific foundations are mainly based on O.E. Williamson transaction concept.
For some time now I have been thinking about economic policy in the context of the new institutional economic. There are still new questions.
Should economic policy be treated as a cooperative activity of a two-module entity (public entity and society), aimed at increasing the value of the state?
Should economic policy be implemented as a result of subjective social intention, which should be expressed in the form of a common social and economic goal?
Should the activities of economic policy entities be implemented under the influence of the essential and subtractive institutions of the coherent causal sphere?
