This research project aims to find digital biomarkers for hypertension, besides blood pressure measurement, that can be obtained from daily life. Digital biomarkers can be used to predict and monitor hypertension and they have the potential to help prevent serious cardiovascular events. They can be combined to other types of health related data, such as clinical and genomic, in order to create a more personalised treatment for patients.
