Introduction
Ariane Fragnon is currently a PhD student at the University of Luxembourg. She is researching the levers and obstacles of supplying "local" and "quality" food to the out-of-home catering in the Greater Region.
She is part of the Sustainable Food Practices research project lead by Dr Rachel Reckinger.
