Introduction
Arash Shahin is a full-time Professor at the Department of Management and Director of Quality Management Research Group at the University of Isfahan. He received his PhD in Quality Engineering from Newcastle University in UK and his BSc and MSc in Industrial Engineering in Iran. His research interests include quality and productivity management, supply chain management, maintenance management and innovation management. He has been the author of 11 books, five book chapters and 500 published papers at national and international levels in refereed journals and conferences since 1994.
