Introduction
For the last 8 years I've been engaged in a very impressive study, related to Phantom Pain and Sensation, and the Mechanisms behind it.
Me personally, as the clinician in this study, draws my attention some unexplained results in theoretical perspective.
So, I do have surprising results of my observations regarding with phantom sensation.
I express my staff desire for further development of the study with an interested research center in this field with financial possibilities.

It is very important to follow the point of view that the geometry will lead us to a better understanding of sensation and perception. In the geometrical point of view, the Vitruvian Man is related with the sphere and the cube. If we follow this point of view, it means that the circle in the sketch presents the ideal sphere of water (Ydor). If the...

Nearly all amputees continue to feel their missing limb as if it still existed, and many experience chronic phantom limb pain (PLP). There is currently a broad consensus among investigators that the origin of these sensations is a top-down phenomenon, triggered by loss of sensory input and caused by maladaptive cortical plasticity. We tested the al...
Ganglion Spinalis – Neural Anatomy and its relations with adjacent visceral centers

The significance of the study: Knowledge about the pathophysiology of the chronic neuropathic pain has been put into the evidence a close relation of such condition with the complex region...
The Pain Treatment in our country has some aspects, which might help others to promote chronic pain control as a medical condition in its own right and its integration within the medical system as an objective of the EFIC program, promoted in the European Parliament.
The transition from socialist to trade market system, has brought a change in the...
First results from a new approach to the treatment of phantom limb pain
Apostol Vaso (Albania )
Marshall Devor (Israel)
The idea:
New and more effective treatment modalities can come from a deeper understanding of the neurophysiological processes underlying PLP, and particularly from knowledge of the source of the neural impulses that cause pai...
In the above pictures, it is presented an amputation and the Vitruvius man with the concentric circles amputated. It seems that when the leg is amputated, the umbilicus and the circle’s centre are not at the same point. Thus, the water’s tendency to realize the circle causes in this case a swirl or vortex.
The realization of concentric circles cre...
I think that it should be consider how the abdominal muscles are synthesized during respiration, observing the contracted lines during inhalation and exhalation at chronic pain patients. It shouldn't take into account solely the skin area around the umbilicus, it is important to observe how the abdominal muscles harmonize with respiratory muscles a...
The positioning of the diaphragm and of the dermatomes lines, therefore, give us immediately the understanding that the whole Da Vinci's work is not causal, but it is a mosaic which expresses his whole philosophical thought.
Keeping in mind the Vitruvius drawing, with diaphragm and dermatome, we understand that that is the wellbeing symbol, the ho...
We have developed a treatment technique, during our six years of experience which constitutes in a manual treatment associated with the continued inhalation and exhalation within an hour. This technique consists in following and elegantly extending the muscular fibers, according to its direction during the exhalation. Based on muscular dysfunction...

We have more than three years worikg with Phantom limb pain. The key aim of the study was, to put in the evidence the role of the dorsal ganglion root in this neuropathic pain. The result looks positive according with our hypothesis. During the study we noticed that it was a spectacolar result not only related to phantom pain, but also great influence to the healing of the wound in the stump. So we started to try our method in diferent trophic wounds. The result was an imediately start of a proper healing
